This Refund Policy describes when purchasers may receive refunds for services and digital educational products offered by Kneesbeaut (“we,” “us”). Free website content is not subject to refunds. Paid engagements are also governed by individual proposals or invoices, which may specify additional terms. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this policy on a specific project, the signed agreement controls.

2. Scope of services covered
This policy applies to:
- Facilitated consulting sessions (virtual or on-site)
- Workshop packages and team challenge facilitation fees
- Downloadable educational libraries and template bundles sold directly by us
- Subscription-style access to updated playbooks, where offered
Third-party software, beverage equipment, or vendor subscriptions arranged by your organization separately are outside our refund scope.
3. General principles
We aim for fair resolution when deliverables cannot be provided as agreed. Refunds are not available where services were delivered in full according to the written scope, where cancellation occurs without required notice, or where digital products were substantially accessed except as stated below. All refund requests must include invoice number, purchase date, and a concise explanation.
4. Consulting sessions and live workshops
4.1 Client-initiated cancellation
If you cancel more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled start, you may receive a full refund of prepaid fees or apply credits to a rescheduled date within six months. Cancellations between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund or credit at our discretion based on reserved facilitator time. Cancellations within seven (7) days are non-refundable unless we can reallocate the slot.
4.2 Our cancellation
If we cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. We will notify you promptly using the contact details on file.
4.3 Attendance and partial delivery
If a session begins but cannot continue due to technical failure on our side lasting more than thirty (30) minutes, we will offer a partial credit or complimentary rescheduling. Partial attendance by your team without prior cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused seats.
5. Multi-session programs and retainers
For programs spanning multiple weeks, unused sessions may be refundable on a pro-rata basis if you provide thirty (30) days’ written notice and no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of sessions have been delivered. Materials already customized with your branding are non-refundable once shared. Retainer clients should refer to retainer exhibits for monthly minimums and unused hour policies.
6. Digital educational products
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once access links are issued, because copies cannot be returned. Exceptions include:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our accounting team
- Technical inability to access files after reasonable support attempts within seven (7) days of purchase
- Material misdescription where the delivered product materially differs from the published outline
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
7. Team challenges and group programs
Challenge facilitation fees are refundable in full if cancelled at least twenty-one (21) days before the published kickoff date. After kickoff, fees cover facilitation already performed and are not refundable. Optional participant materials are subject to the digital product rules in Section 6.
8. Non-refundable items
The following are typically non-refundable: third-party pass-through costs already incurred; rush customization fees after approval; travel expenses after tickets are purchased; and taxes or processing fees levied by payment providers unless required by law to remit.
9. How to request a refund
Email touch@kneesbeaut.world with subject “Refund Request,” including your organization name, billing contact, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge requests within three (3) business days and aim to decide within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days; bank processing may add additional time.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate promptly. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered services may result in suspension of future engagements.
11. Consumer rights
Residents of jurisdictions with mandatory cooling-off periods or statutory refund rights retain those rights. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer protections. EU consumers purchasing digital content may have withdrawal rights unless delivery began with express consent as permitted by law.
12. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy by revising the date shown in the hero section. Changes apply to purchases after the update date unless otherwise agreed in writing for active contracts.
